Driving through Mexico in our Toyota Tundra and Four Wheel Camper was quite an adventure. We definitely underestimated the size of Mexico when we initially planned for only three months to explore its contents. I don't care what other travelers say, Mexico is dangerous. We followed the travel warnings issued by the U.S. state department but still found ourselves in multiple situations where we felt unsafe.
